flushing and chemical cleaning activities at various brownfield sites.
The scope of the project includes the following:
- Pre-engineering activities to prepare procedures and work packs: Before the oil flushing and chemical cleaning activities commence, there will be pre-engineering activities to prepare the necessary procedures and work packs.
- Site survey: Site surveys will be carried out to assess the condition of the equipment and determine the most effective oil flushing and chemical cleaning processes to be used.
- System preparation: The systems will be prepared for the oil flushing and chemical cleaning activities, which will involve the isolation and draining of the equipment.
- Online flushing for Lube oil and seal oil tanks to required NAS specifications: The project will involve the online flushing of Lube oil and seal oil tanks to the required NAS specifications, which is aimed at removing contaminants and debris from the equipment.
- Chemical cleaning of coolers and associated pipe network: The chemical cleaning of coolers and associated pipe networks will be carried out to remove accumulated deposits and contaminants that could reduce the efficiency and lifespan of the equipment.
- Verification of work through oil sampling test, borescope inspections: The verification of the work done will be carried out through oil sampling tests and borescope inspections to ensure that the oil flushing and chemical cleaning activities have been carried out effectively and meet the required standards.
